Join Pinnacle Global Logistics as the Senior Supply Chain Manager and lead our end-to-end supply chain initiatives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You will shape demand planning, procurement, production scheduling, and logistics to deliver exceptional customer service while optimizing cost to serve.
In this role, you will collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Transportation teams to drive S&OP processes, implement digital solutions, and continuously improve inventory metrics. You will also build a high-performing team, mentor analysts, and own key KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, and on-time delivery.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand forecasting, procurement, production scheduling, and logistics optimization.
- Orchestrate the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process with cross-functional teams to balance demand and supply.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and monitor supplier performance and risk mitigation.
- Drive inventory optimization, service level improvements, and cost-to-serve reductions through data-driven initiatives.
- Lead ERP/digitalization projects (SAP/Oracle) and implement best-practice processes across the network.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing supply chain team; set KPIs and provide coaching and development plans.
- Analyze KPIs, prepare executive dashboards, and communicate insights to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field; MBA or MS preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain or operations management within manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong proficiency with SAP or Oracle ERP, advanced Excel, and data analytics tools.
- Demonstrated experience leading S&OP processes and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent negotiation, supplier management, and contract management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, drive continuous improvement, and deliver measurable results (KPIs).
- Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed.
