BrightBridge Global is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations in Chicago, IL. This role focuses on demand planning, procurement, inventory optimization, and logistics excellence to support a growing customer base.
As a key member of the Operations leadership team, you will drive improvements in service levels, cash-to-cash cycle, and total cost of ownership. You will manage a small team and collaborate with global suppliers, carrier partners, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end supply chain planning process, including demand forecasting, S&OP, and inventory optimization for multi-channel fulfillment
- Partner with procurement to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and manage supplier risk
- Oversee logistics and transportation planning to ensure on-time, cost-efficient delivery across domestic and international networks
- Develop and monitor KPIs such as service level, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and total landed cost
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Mentor and develop a high-performing SCM team; collaborate with IT to implement ERP enhancements and analytics tools
- Maintain compliance and risk management across regulatory requirements and quality standards
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field; MBA or MS preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive supply chain management experience in manufacturing or distribution
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and data-driven decision making
- Lean Six Sigma certification and track record of cost reduction initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed
