  • Develop and execute an integrated inventory strategy to optimize service levels and working capital across regional networks.
  • Collaborate with procurement to improve supplier performance, reduce lead times, and deliver cost reductions.
  • Design and optimize warehousing, distribution networks, and transportation planning for efficiency and resilience.
  • Implement data analytics and KPIs using ERP/BI tools; communicate insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects (Lean/Six Sigma) and standardize end-to-end SCM processes.
  • Lead and develop a team of supply chain planners and analysts, fostering a data-driven culture and career growth.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or procurement with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel; exposure to SAP APO, SAP IBP, or similar planning tools.
  • Proven track record in implementing S&OP processes and driving measurable improvements in service and inventory metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence cross-functional teams and vendors.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business cases.
