We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, flexible schedules, and clear opportunities for career growth in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

  • Prepare accurate field notes, as-built records, and survey deliverables (plats, sketches, TDMs) for CAD and GIS integration.
  • Conduct boundary, topographic, and ALTA/ACSM surveys for land development, roadways, and public-rights-of-way projects.
  • Support design teams with staking, layout, and review of survey control for accuracy and constructability.
  • Maintain and calibrate survey equipment; manage data integrity, metadata, and QA/QC procedures.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients; communicate findings and implications clearly in written and verbal form.
  • Assist with permitting, right-of-way mapping, and GIS data management as needed.
  • Adhere to safety policies, regulatory standards, and project deadlines while prioritizing quality and efficiency.

  • Excellent data management, analytical, and problem-solving skills; effective written and verbal communication.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites; safety training such as OSHA 10 is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and client satisfaction.
