As a Senior Surveyor / Geomatics Engineer, you will lead field surveys, oversee data collection, and mentor junior technicians while collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Responsibility
- Perform precise field measurements using total stations, GNSS, and handheld data collectors.
- Lead survey field crews, plan daily operations, safety, and data quality control.
- Prepare layout and stakeout drawings for construction teams in accordance with project specs.
- Conduct boundary, topographic, and as-built surveys; maintain legal documentation.
- Coordinate with engineers, scientists, and clients to resolve design/site issues.
- Review and compile survey data; produce CAD drawings, maps, and GIS updates.
- Maintain, calibrate, and manage survey equipment and inventory.
- Support project bidding and proposal efforts with technical input and estimates.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field; PLS/LS license preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional surveying experience on civil/site projects.
- Proficiency with surveying instruments (Total Station, GNSS) and software (AutoCAD/Civil 3D, GIS).
- Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, and as-built surveys; familiarity with local codes and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail, math, and data analysis; ability to produce accurate deliverables.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and client-facing skills; ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to perform fieldwork in varying conditions; valid driver's license required.
