Responsibility

  • Partner with hiring managers to translate business needs into precise job requirements and compelling descriptions.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple openings across tech, sales, and operations.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines of top talent.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates, guiding stakeholders through objective decision-making.
  • Own candidate experience and employer branding initiatives to attract passive talent.
  • Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and deliver regular recruitment metrics.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to forecast staffing needs and influence workforce planning.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in tech, sales, or operations
  • Proven expertise in sourcing techniques, Boolean searches, and use of ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
  • Strong interviewing, negotiation, and closing skills with a track record of successful placements
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Experience building talent pipelines and implementing scalable recruitment strategies
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
