NovaBridge Recruitment is excited to invite a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in New York. This role blends hands-on sourcing with strategic recruitment program management across technology and commercial functions.
As a trusted advisor, you will partner with senior leadership to design talent strategies, build diverse candidate pipelines, and drive efficiency across the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-senior and executive roles across technology and business units in the New York area.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and establish selection criteria.
- Build proactive talent pipelines through market mapping, social sourcing, referrals, and campus partnerships.
- Manage candidate experience from application to offer, ensuring timely communication and a positive brand impression.
- Oversee applicant tracking system hygiene, dashboards, and data-driven recruitment strategies.
- Consult with leadership on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and DEI initiatives to improve representation.
- Lead interview panels, provide coaching to interviewers, and ensure consistent, fair evaluation processes.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in talent acquisition with track record of hiring for technology and growth-stage companies.
- Proven ability to source and close senior and strategic roles.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and present insights to leadership.
