Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-senior and executive roles across technology and business units in the New York area.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and establish selection criteria.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines through market mapping, social sourcing, referrals, and campus partnerships.
  • Manage candidate experience from application to offer, ensuring timely communication and a positive brand impression.
  • Oversee applicant tracking system hygiene, dashboards, and data-driven recruitment strategies.
  • Consult with leadership on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and DEI initiatives to improve representation.
  • Lead interview panels, provide coaching to interviewers, and ensure consistent, fair evaluation processes.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years in talent acquisition with track record of hiring for technology and growth-stage companies.
  • Proven ability to source and close senior and strategic roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze metrics and present insights to leadership.
