We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruiting for critical roles in technology, sales, and operations. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will partner with hiring managers, design targeted sourcing strategies, and drive a data-informed process to deliver top-tier talent.
In this role, you will champion candidate experience, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to our recruiting playbook with innovative approaches to sourcing and interview design.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for senior-level and hard-to-fill roles across technology, product, sales, and operations.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define success criteria, and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Build and manage multi-channel sourcing campaigns, including LinkedIn, niche communities, referrals, and campus networks.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured processes, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Forecast hiring needs, manage client expectations, and provide data-driven insights on pipelines and time-to-fill metrics.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline by nurturing relationships with passive candidates and maintaining an employer brand presence.
- Collaborate with compensation and HR partners to drive offer discussions and smooth onboarding.
- Contribute to process improvements by documenting best practices and participating in regular recruiting rituals.
Qualification
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technology or professional services.
- Proven success filling senior and strategic roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, ATS such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking metrics and delivering actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and work with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; SHRM or HRCI certification a plus.
