Responsibility
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple critical roles, from intake to onboarding.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define role requirements, success metrics, and hiring timelines.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies leveraging job boards, social networks, referrals, and advanced search techniques.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates, delivering high-quality shortlists with strong business justification.
- Manage candidate experience, communication, and feedback throughout the process to maintain a positive employer brand.
- Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) and continuously optimize processes.
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to building a diverse, inclusive talent pipeline.
- Partner with HR and TA team to ensure smooth onboarding and new-hire success.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 5+ years in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in tech or startups.
- Proven track record of filling mid-to-senior level roles in fast-paced environments.
- Expertise with modern ATS and sourcing tools (Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
- Strong interview technique and ability to assess for both skills and cultural fit.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in dashboards and recruitment metrics.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
