BrightPath Talent Partners is expanding its US operations and seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruiting for a range of roles across technology, product, marketing, and operations. You will partner with senior leaders to design hiring strategies, build talent pools, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining a strong focus on DEI and hiring metrics. As a key member of our talent team, you will shape the growth trajectory of multiple business units by attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for technology, product, and operations roles across the US market.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and establish realistic time-to-fill targets.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, employee referrals, and network outreach to build diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer, ensuring timely communication and feedback at every stage.
  • Leverage data and metrics to forecast hiring needs, monitor time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire, and present insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with HR and compensation to guide market-competitive offers and a smooth onboarding process.
  • Champion DEI initiatives by sourcing from diverse channels and ensuring fair assessment practices.
  • Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to building a scalable talent-acquisition function.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Proven success hiring across technology, product, marketing, and operations with a track record of meeting or exceeding hiring targets.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and advanced boolean search.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Data-driven with ability to analyze hiring metrics and translate into actionable insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment practices.
  • Experience in the healthcare or finance sectors is a plus; cross-industry experience is highly valued.
