We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our New York City office. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution to recruit top-tier talent across technology and corporate functions.
As a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, craft scalable sourcing strategies, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience. You will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and data-driven recruiting improvements that impact our clients and partners.
Responsibility
- Own end-to-end recruitment for designated business units, from role definition to offer and onboarding.
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and partnerships with universities and networks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and candidate profiles.
- Screen and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage timely, high-quality feedback with stakeholders.
- Provide a superior candidate experience, maintain consistent communication, and champion employer brand.
- Track, analyze, and report key recruiting metrics; identify process improvements to accelerate hiring timelines.
- Mentor and coach junior recruiters, sharing best practices and market insights.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with a proven record of filling senior or niche roles, ideally in technology or professional services.
- Strong proficiency with ATS and recruitment tools; experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or Greenhouse-like platforms.
- Excellent interviewing and assessment skills; ability to influence stakeholders and close top talent.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics and optimize processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States; knowledge of labor laws and compliance is a plus.
