Responsibility

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Talent Management strategy aligned with business goals across regions and functions.
  • Lead succession planning and leadership development programs to build robust leadership pipelines.
  • Design and maintain competency models, career ladders, and high-potential development paths.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to optimize performance management, feedback cycles, and calibration processes.
  • Implement data-driven talent analytics dashboards to inform workforce planning and ROI of programs.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of HR or Talent Management experience, with 5+ years in senior or leadership roles.
  • Proven track record in succession planning, leadership development, and competency modeling in a global organization.
  • Strong data literacy with experience using HRIS/analytics platforms and turning insights into action.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and influencing skills.
