Responsibility
- Design and execute the end-to-end talent management strategy aligned to business goals, including leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and learning programs.
- Lead the development and delivery of leadership programs for new managers to senior executives, ensuring scalability and measurable impact.
- Build and maintain a robust succession planning process with clear readiness metrics and targeted development plans for high-potential talent.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to implement workforce planning, calibration cycles, and talent reviews that inform decision-making.
- Develop data-driven talent analytics, dashboards, and reporting to demonstrate program effectiveness, ROI, and strategic outcomes.
- Manage vendor partnerships, learning platforms, and internal capability-building resources to maximize program quality and efficiency.
- Advise on DEI integration within talent initiatives to ensure equitable access and unbiased assessments across programs.
- Lead change management and communications for talent initiatives, driving adoption and stakeholder alignment at all levels.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in talent management or HR, with 3+ years in leadership development or succession planning.
- Demonstrated success designing and delivering leadership development programs and comprehensive talent reviews.
- Strong data analytics capability with experience building and interpreting HR dashboards and metrics; proficient with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing at the executive level.
- Proven project/program management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Certification in SHRM-SCP or SPHR is a plus; global or multi-site experience is beneficial.
