At AstraNova Technologies, we are redefining how organizations nurture talent and drive growth. We are seeking a strategic Senior Talent Management Lead to partner with executives to shape our people strategy, cultivate leadership capability, and implement scalable programs across APAC.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, influencing workforce planning, performance culture, and learning initiatives that accelerate business outcomes.
Responsibility
- Design and implement talent management strategy aligned to business objectives, including succession planning and leadership development.
- Develop and implement scalable programs for performance management, learning, and career progression.
- Lead and optimize leadership development initiatives, including coaching, mentoring, and executive assessment.
- Design organizational design and workforce planning initiatives to meet growth and transformation goals.
- Partner with HR analytics to measure impact of talent programs and drive data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of continuous learning and inclusion.
- Own the talent pipeline for critical roles and oversee external partnerships for talent solutions.
- Manage change communications and stakeholder expectations during major organizational change.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in talent management, with at least 3 years in a senior, strategic role.
- Proven track record in succession planning, leadership development, and organizational design.
- Strong business partnering skills with experience working with C-suite executives.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using HR analytics and tools (HRIS, Tableau/Power BI, Excel).
- Ability to design and scale programs in a fast-growing tech environment.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and change management capabilities.
- Experience in Singapore or APAC market compliance and talent practices preferred.
