Responsibility

  • Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential programs.
  • Partner with C-suite and HR to align talent strategy with business goals and organizational design.
  • Develop and refine competency models, performance management processes, and calibration frameworks.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs, coaching, and experiential learning initiatives.
  • Drive talent analytics initiatives; measure ROI of interventions and communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Enhance employee experience and retention through clear career paths, mobility programs, and targeted development.
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption of new processes and tools across functions.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in talent management, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Strong analytics mindset with proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and data-driven decision making.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted partnerships; outstanding communication and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Design-thinking orientation and program management experience; coaching or L&D certifications a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion across programs and policies.
