Responsibility

- Facilitate employee engagement and retention programs to support growth and satisfaction.
- Partner with HR to integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion into talent processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure best-in-class solutions.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR business partner roles.
- Strong expertise in succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
- Proven ability to analyze HR metrics and deliver strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with HRIS and talent management software platforms.
- Certification in SHRM, HRCI, or similar is a strong plus.
