Join NorthBridge Global as a Senior Talent Management Specialist in Singapore. You will partner with executives to translate business strategy into people programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Responsibility
- Lead design and execution of the organization's talent management strategy aligned with business goals and culture.
- Own the performance management lifecycle, including goal setting, calibration, feedback, and development planning.
- Develop and implement leadership development, coaching, and mentoring programs; drive succession planning for critical roles.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify high-potential talent and optimize retention strategies.
- Develop competency models, career paths, and learning opportunities that accelerate internal mobility.
- Analyze talent metrics (retention, succession readiness, internal mobility) and present insights to C-suite and HR leadership.
- Partner on workforce planning, DEI initiatives, and change management to support strategic goals.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 6-8 years in talent management or related HR functions, preferably in tech or fast-growth environments.
- Proven track record in leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics and reporting (e.g., dashboards, KPIs).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and talent modeling tools.
- Demonstrated ability to drive DEI initiatives and foster inclusive leadership.
- Change management and project management capabilities; fast-paced, collaborative environment.
