Responsibility

  • Own the performance management lifecycle, including goal setting, calibration, feedback, and development planning.
  • Develop and implement leadership development, coaching, and mentoring programs; drive succession planning for critical roles.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify high-potential talent and optimize retention strategies.
  • Develop competency models, career paths, and learning opportunities that accelerate internal mobility.
  • Analyze talent metrics (retention, succession readiness, internal mobility) and present insights to C-suite and HR leadership.
  • Partner on workforce planning, DEI initiatives, and change management to support strategic goals.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 6-8 years in talent management or related HR functions, preferably in tech or fast-growth environments.
  • Proven track record in leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics and reporting (e.g., dashboards, KPIs).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and talent modeling tools.
