Join ST Engineering Aerospace, a leading name in aerospace engineering and maintenance solutions, as a Senior Technical Instructor. You will lead the design, delivery, and assessment of high-quality technical training for B1 and B2 licensed engineers in Singapore, with a focus on safety, reliability, and regulatory excellence.
In this role, you will collaborate with engineering, safety, and operations teams to ensure training programs meet CAAS, EASA, and ICAO standards while remaining practical and relevant to daily maintenance work. You will deliver engaging classroom sessions, supervise hands-on labs, and monitor trainee progress from onboarding to certification, using modern instructional methods and assessment tools. You will also contribute to curriculum development, update training materials, and maintain accurate records to support audits and continuous improvement. You will be asked to participate in safety meetings, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement projects that strengthen our training framework.

Responsibility
- Lead design and delivery of technical training programs for B1/B2 licensed aviation engineers, including airframe and powerplant systems.
- Conduct engaging classroom sessions and supervised hands-on maintenance labs to reinforce theory with practical application.
- Develop, review, and update training curricula, manuals, and assessment tools to meet CAAS/EASA/ICAO standards and ST Engineering guidelines.
- Monitor learner progress, administer evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and maintain training records for audits and certification readiness.
- Collaborate with engineering, safety, and operations teams to ensure training relevance, accuracy, and alignment with operational needs.
- Lead instructor development initiatives, mentor junior instructors, and contribute to the training-of-trainers program.
- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, facility readiness, equipment maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations.
Qualification
- Valid B1 and B2 aircraft maintenance license with current ratings and currency.
- Significant experience in aerospace maintenance and prior instructional or training delivery roles.
- Strong knowledge of aviation maintenance regulations and safety standards.
- Proven experience in curriculum development and assessment design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to engage diverse learners.
- Proficiency with learning management systems and instructional technology; ability to adapt to hybrid delivery models.
- Fluency in English; ability to work in a Singapore-based environment; knowledge of CAAS/EASA/ICAO standards is a plus.
