NovaTech Talent Partners is seeking a results-driven Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in San Francisco. You will own full-cycle recruiting for software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other technical roles, partnering with hiring managers to craft compelling candidate journeys.
You will leverage modern sourcing strategies, maintain a diverse, high-quality pipeline, and drive the candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance. This role offers uncapped earning potential, a collaborative culture, and exposure to exciting, high-growth tech companies.
Responsibility
- Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned technical roles, from posting to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define success metrics, and develop sourcing strategies.
- Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, events, and campus partnerships.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience while maintaining data accuracy in the ATS.
- Drive offer negotiations and coordinate onboarding with recruiting operations and HR partners.
- Track time-to-fill, quality of hire, and other key recruiting metrics; provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in every stage of the recruiting process.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to strengthen employer branding and talent pipelines.
Qualification
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in San Francisco or strong tech hubs.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and data-driven recruiting practices.
- Hands-on sourcing expertise (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Commitment to DEI principles and inclusive interview practices.
- Tech-savvy with a genuine interest in software, data, and product domains.
