Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract top tech talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for software engineering, data science, and product roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job briefs, and refine selection criteria.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive networking, referrals, and campus partnerships.
- Conduct structured interviews, assess technical and cultural fit, and guide stakeholders on offers and negotiations.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics; continuously optimize processes for speed and quality.
- Ensure a superior candidate experience and maintain the employer brand across all touchpoints.
Qualification
- 4+ years of full-cycle tech recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven success recruiting for software engineering, data science, and product roles.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow) and ATS (Greenhouse, Lever).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to build diverse pipelines and advocate for inclusive hiring.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; professional HR certification is a plus (PHR/SPHR, SHRM).
