Responsibility

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for software engineers, data scientists, and tech product roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, criteria, and timelines.
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, events, referrals, and targeted outreach; build diverse pipelines.
  • Screen and assess technical competencies, culture fit, and collaboration potential; coordinate technical interviews with engineering teams.
  • Manage the candidate experience from initial contact to offer, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records, generate recruitment metrics, and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Proactively improve recruiting processes, employer branding, and candidate engagement strategies.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or IT fields.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably within software engineering, data, and product spaces.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and Boolean search.
  • Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill roles in fast growth environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of ATS and recruitment analytics; ability to optimize process based on data.
  • Experience supporting remote/hybrid teams; commitment to inclusive recruiting and diversity.
