Join Northwest Institute of Theology, a leading center for rigorous scripture study, ethical reflection, and faith-based leadership development. We seek a Senior Theology Faculty member to contribute to our undergraduate and graduate programs, mentor students, and advance scholarly inquiry.

Responsibility
- Deliver engaging undergraduate and graduate theology courses, including introductory and advanced seminars.
- Develop and update curriculum to align with contemporary scholarship and ethical practice.
- Supervise student research, theses, and capstone projects with constructive mentorship.
- Lead and contribute to faculty committees, accreditation processes, and program assessment.
- Advise and mentor students on academic and vocational pathways in theology and ministry.
- Engage in scholarly research and publish in peer-reviewed venues to advance the department's mission.
Qualification
- Terminal degree in Theology, Religious Studies, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the college or seminary level.
- Proven record of scholarly publication and ongoing research trajectory.
- Strong collaboration skills, commitment to inclusive education, and ability to mentor diverse student populations.
- Experience with curriculum design, assessment, and program accreditation.
- Statement of faith compatibility with the institution's mission and a demonstrated commitment to academic integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to teach across multiple theological traditions.
