Responsibility

Qualification

  • Terminal degree in Theology, Religious Studies, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the college or seminary level.
  • Proven record of scholarly publication and ongoing research trajectory.
  • Strong collaboration skills, commitment to inclusive education, and ability to mentor diverse student populations.
  • Experience with curriculum design, assessment, and program accreditation.
  • Statement of faith compatibility with the institution's mission and a demonstrated commitment to academic integrity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to teach across multiple theological traditions.
