Responsibility
- Lead design and delivery of instructor-led and virtual training programs for corporate clients.
- Conduct needs analyses and translate learning objectives into measurable outcomes.
- Develop, maintain, and update course materials, manuals, and assessments.
- Collaborate with SMEs to customize content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Deliver engaging sessions using adult learning principles and a variety of facilitation techniques.
- Assess training impact through evaluations, surveys, and performance metrics; iterate programs accordingly.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations; coordinate with global teams and vendors.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate training or instructional design.
- Expertise in ADDIE or SAM, and proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate) and LMS.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills; ability to engage diverse adult learners.
- Experience developing curricula, assessments, and performance support materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong project management and stakeholder management.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
