InnovateLearn Solutions is seeking a seasoned Senior Training Consultant to design, deliver, and optimize professional training programs for enterprise clients. Based in San Francisco, this role blends instructional design, facilitation, and program management to drive measurable business outcomes.
In this role, you will partner with subject matter experts to build curricula, create engaging learning experiences, and leverage modern training technologies to accelerate skill development across technology, operations, and leadership tracks. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure programs align with client objectives and industry best practices.
Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programs for enterprise clients across technology, operations, and leadership domains.
- Perform needs analysis, define learning objectives, and create scalable curricula using ADDIE or similar models.
- Facilitate live instructor-led sessions (in-person and virtual) and support learners through coaching and feedback.
- Develop assessment tools, track learning metrics, and provide data-driven improvements to programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Manage multiple programs simultaneously, including timelines, budgets, and resource planning.
- Build and maintain a robust content library and contribute to the organization's knowledge base.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training & Development, a related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of training delivery and instructional design in corporate or enterprise settings.
- Proficiency with e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and storytelling skills with comfort delivering to diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities; adept at handling multiple projects.
- Experience with analytics, reporting, and measurement of training impact (Kirkpatrick levels, micro-assessments).
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
