PrimeLearning Solutions is hiring a Senior Training Consultant to design, deliver, and optimize professional development programs for corporate clients in the New York area. You will lead instructor-led and virtual sessions, build scalable curricula, and measure learning outcomes to ensure client success.
\nAs part of our elite training team, you will partner with subject matter experts, craft engaging learning journeys, and drive adoption of training solutions across organizations.
Responsibility
- Design and deliver high-impact training programs for corporate clients, including in-person and virtual sessions.
- Lead needs assessments, performance analysis, and learning objectives aligned with business goals.
- Develop curricula, facilitator guides, and supporting materials using modern instructional design principles.
- Collaborate with SMEs to curate content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Measure training effectiveness through metrics, surveys, and post-training coaching plans.
- Provide coaching and feedback to learners and client stakeholders to maximize transfer of learning.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovative training technologies (LMS, e-learning, microlearning).
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of professional training design and delivery experience, B2B focus a plus.
- Proven track record in instructional design, assessment, and curriculum development.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills; comfort with public speaking and virtual platforms.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate).
- Excellent project management, organization, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate performance data into actionable learning solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
