Join ApexSkill Institute as a Senior Training Consultant in New York City. You will design, deliver, and optimize professional training programs that drive performance and business impact. This role blends instructional design, facilitation, and analytics to create measurable outcomes across client organizations. As a client-facing member of our team, you will partner with executives, HR leaders, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality programs that accelerate skill development and knowledge transfer.
Responsibility
- Lead needs analyses to identify knowledge gaps and performance barriers for diverse client teams.
- Design, develop, and update instructor-led and e-learning training materials aligned with business goals.
- Facilitate engaging workshops and virtual sessions for groups of 5–200 participants.
- Build scalable curricula and modular programs that support onboarding, development, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, relevance, and practical application.
- Assess learning outcomes using assessments, surveys, and analytics; report on ROI and impact.
- Manage multiple client engagements, timelines, and budgets while maintaining high quality.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Learning & Development, or related field; or 5+ years of experience in corporate training.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or L&D.
- Proficiency with instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or similar).
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with a proven ability to engage diverse adult audiences.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and analytics (Workday, Cornerstone, Moodle, or similar).
- Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills; ability to work independently and in teams; travel up to 25%.
