You will partner with executives and department leaders to design scalable curricula, lead a small team of instructional designers, and drive measurable improvements in employee performance. Responsibility

  • Lead the development and execution of enterprise wide training strategies for onboarding, leadership development, and role based curricula.
  • Partner with business leaders to perform needs analyses and design efficient, outcome driven learning solutions.
  • Manage LMS administration, content curation, and analytics to track usage and impact.
  • Deliver training through in person workshops, live virtual sessions, and high quality e learning modules.
  • Create and implement measurement frameworks with KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
  • Oversee a small team of instructional designers and trainers; mentor and develop talent.
  • Ensure compliance training is current and documented; maintain training records and audit readiness.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years in corporate training and development with leadership experience.
  • Strong expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Proficiency with e learning tools such as Articulate 360 and Captivate, plus LMS experience.
  • Outstanding facilitation, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project management and stakeholder management abilities; excellent organizational skills.
  • Data driven mindset with ability to analyze training impact and generate actionable insights.
  • Professional certification in L&D (ATD CPLP or similar) is a plus.
