Join Northstar Learning Solutions as a Senior Training & Development Manager and shape enterprise wide learning programs. You will partner with executives and department leaders to design scalable curricula, lead a small team of instructional designers, and drive measurable improvements in employee performance. This full time role is based in Austin, TX with a flexible hybrid arrangement.

Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of enterprise wide training strategies for onboarding, leadership development, and role based curricula.
- Partner with business leaders to perform needs analyses and design efficient, outcome driven learning solutions.
- Manage LMS administration, content curation, and analytics to track usage and impact.
- Deliver training through in person workshops, live virtual sessions, and high quality e learning modules.
- Create and implement measurement frameworks with KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
- Oversee a small team of instructional designers and trainers; mentor and develop talent.
- Ensure compliance training is current and documented; maintain training records and audit readiness.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 6 years in corporate training and development with leadership experience.
- Strong expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency with e learning tools such as Articulate 360 and Captivate, plus LMS experience.
- Outstanding facilitation, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management and stakeholder management abilities; excellent organizational skills.
- Data driven mindset with ability to analyze training impact and generate actionable insights.
- Professional certification in L&D (ATD CPLP or similar) is a plus.
