Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of strategic training programs for enterprise clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with SMEs to develop curricula, learning paths, and assessments aligned to business goals.
- Apply ADDIE/JSON-based design approaches and SAM methodologies to deliver effective learning experiences.
- Manage a diverse team of trainers, facilitators, and e-learning developers; mentor and assess performance.
- Oversee LMS administration, content curation, and integration with performance systems.
- Measure program impact with KPIs (completion rates, knowledge retention, performance improvements) and report insights to leadership.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to scope, propose, and deliver training solutions that drive revenue and client success.
- Ensure quality, accessibility, and compliance standards across all training initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, Business, or related field; Masterβs preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate training, L&D, or related roles.
- Proven track record in instructional design, curriculum development, and facilitation of large groups.
- Experience with e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate) and LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Strong project management, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills; comfortable with executive leadership exposure.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
