As a Training Specialist, you will partner with clients to perform needs assessments, develop curricula, create engaging content, and measure impact through learning analytics. You will deliver live workshops, virtual sessions, and asynchronous e-learning, while maintaining meticulous project timelines and budgets.
Responsibility
- Conduct needs assessments, audience analysis, and learning objectives with clients.
- Design, develop, and curate instructional content for in-person and virtual sessions.
- Deliver engaging trainings via live facilitation, webinars, and microlearning modules.
- Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex topics into practical, scalable curricula.
- Leverage LMS and analytics to track participation, outcomes, and ROI; report findings.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
- Create assessments, job aids, and performance support materials.
- Continuously iterate programs based on feedback and data.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or learning & development.
- Expertise in instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate) and LMS platforms.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable content.
- Project management and stakeholder management capabilities; strong communication.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPTD, ATD) preferred; willingness to pursue.
