In this role, you will partner with subject matter experts to map learning journeys, design engaging curricula, and deliver outcomes-focused sessions for diverse audiences. You will leverage adult learning principles, data-driven evaluation, and state-of-the-art authoring tools to drive measurable performance improvements.
Ideal candidates are strategic collaborators with a track record of rapid content development, quality delivery, and the ability to scale programs across departments and locations.
Responsibility
- Design and deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training sessions for professionals across levels.
- Collaborate with SMEs to translate business needs into effective training curricula and job aids.
- Develop modular, scalable content and assessments aligned to measurable performance outcomes.
- Lead course maintenance, updates, and alignment with current industry standards.
- Evaluate learning impact using metrics, surveys, and analytics; implement improvements.
- Facilitate blended learning programs, including e-learning, simulations, and workshops.
- Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and trainer readiness for multiple cohorts.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field; master's preferred.
- 5+ years of professional training design and delivery experience in corporate environments.
- Strong proficiency with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate).
- Proven track record of developing scalable programs and measuring impact.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
