AscendPro Learning Solutions is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to design, deliver, and optimize engaging professional development programs for our enterprise clients. You will partner with subject matter experts to translate business needs into scalable learning experiences that drive performance.

Responsibility
- Conduct needs analyses, define learning objectives, and map programs to measurable performance outcomes.
- Design curricula and instructional materials for instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats.
- Deliver engaging trainings to diverse audiences, including executives and front-line teams.
- Manage and optimize Learning Management System (LMS) content, assessments, and analytics.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick levels and data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to maintain up-to-date content and industry relevance.
- Coordinate program implementation, scheduling, and post-training reinforcement strategies.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of corporate training, instructional design, or facilitation experience.
- Proficient with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate) and LMS platforms (Workday, Cornerstone, or similar).
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and storytelling abilities for diverse learner groups.
- Experience applying ADDIE or SAM methodologies and designing for adult learners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel as needed (up to 20-25%); comfortable working with global teams.
