Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and update engaging training curricula and materials for professional audiences.
  • Deliver high-impact training through in-person workshops and virtual sessions.
  • Partner with subject-matter experts to translate business goals into concrete learning outcomes.
  • Conduct needs assessments and create measurable success criteria and evaluation metrics.
  • Develop and manage e-learning modules (SCORM/xAPI) and blended learning solutions.
  • Foster a positive learning environment, facilitate sessions, and provide coaching feedback.
  • Analyze program effectiveness using data and iterate to improve ROI and learner outcomes.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training & Development, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional training experience in corporate or higher education environments.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles (ADDIE, SAM).
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate).
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills with a learner-first approach.
  • Proven ability to assess learning needs, define objectives, and measure impact using metrics like Kirkpatrick levels, ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and project management capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed.
