Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and continuously update instructor-led and digital training programs aligned with client needs and industry standards.
  • Deliver engaging workshops and live webinars to diverse audiences, adapting delivery to different learning styles.
  • Conduct needs assessments and audience analysis to tailor content and determine instructional strategies.
  • Manage LMS content, track participation and completion, and report on learning outcomes and ROI.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure program relevance, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Apply evidence-based instructional design methods (ADDIE, SAM) and leverage modern learning technologies.
  • Coordinate logistics for trainings (scheduling, materials, equipment) and provide post-training coaching and resources.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in corporate training or instructional design.
  • Proven track record delivering professional training in-person and virtually to diverse audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Captivate).
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data-driven evaluation (Kirkpatrick levels).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced client environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
