Lumina Learning Solutions is seeking a dynamic Senior Training Specialist to design, deliver, and optimize professional development programs for client organizations across industries. This role blends instructional design, facilitation excellence, and data-driven program evaluation to accelerate learner outcomes and business impact. Based in New York City with hybrid options, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, deploy modern learning technologies, and scale training curricula to diverse audiences.

Responsibility
- Design, develop, and continuously update instructor-led and digital training programs aligned with client needs and industry standards.
- Deliver engaging workshops and live webinars to diverse audiences, adapting delivery to different learning styles.
- Conduct needs assessments and audience analysis to tailor content and determine instructional strategies.
- Manage LMS content, track participation and completion, and report on learning outcomes and ROI.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure program relevance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Apply evidence-based instructional design methods (ADDIE, SAM) and leverage modern learning technologies.
- Coordinate logistics for trainings (scheduling, materials, equipment) and provide post-training coaching and resources.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in corporate training or instructional design.
- Proven track record delivering professional training in-person and virtually to diverse audiences.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Captivate).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data-driven evaluation (Kirkpatrick levels).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced client environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.
