Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of targeted training programs for corporate clients across industries.
- Conduct needs assessments, define learning objectives, and map programs to business outcomes.
- Develop engaging instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning content using tools like Articulate Storyline and Captivate.
- Facilitate interactive workshops and webinars; manage virtual classrooms and participant engagement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to curate curriculum, update materials, and ensure accreditation standards are met.
- Measure learning impact through assessments, surveys, and analytics; report on ROI and program improvements.
- Manage LMS content, schedules, and enrollment; coordinate logistics for training initiatives.
- Partner with sales, delivery, and marketing teams to scale programs and maximize client satisfaction.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Instructional Design, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate training, instructional design, or adult learning.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate).
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Experience with needs analysis, curriculum development, and assessment design.
- Project and stakeholder management with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze learning metrics and drive improvements.
- Industry certifications (ATD, CPLP) a plus.
