As a key member of our Learning & Development team, you will shape learning journeys that empower professionals to perform at their best, align with business goals, and demonstrate impact through robust evaluation.

Responsibility

  • Lead needs analysis and define performance objectives aligned with business goals.
  • Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning modules using instructional design best practices.
  • Facilitate engaging trainings for diverse audiences in person and online.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create curricula, job aids, and assessments.
  • Measure learning impact using evaluation frameworks and data-driven metrics; report to stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships; maintain quality standards.

Qualification
