At BlueLine Logistics, you will work cross-functionally with operations, procurement, safety, and technology teams to design scalable routing, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibility
- Lead transportation planning and fleet operations, including routing, scheduling, and capacity planning.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for on-time delivery, cost per mile, fuel efficiency, and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and customer service teams to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance.
- Manage carrier relationships, negotiate rates, and ensure contractual compliance.
- Oversee safety programs, regulatory compliance, and incident investigations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including network design and technology adoption (TMS, fleet telematics).
- Mentor and develop a high-performing transport team, setting clear objectives and performance feedback.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain, engineering, or a related field; master’s preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in transportation or logistics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in route optimization, fleet management, and cost control.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with TMS, WMS, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Change management mindset with ability to influence across multiple teams.
- Fluency in English; ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
