At NebulaCraft Studio, we design intuitive digital experiences that empower users to achieve more with less friction. We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our product studio and lead the end-to-end design of our flagship SaaS platform.
You will collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to translate complex user problems into elegant, data-informed design solutions. You will own the design system, run discovery sessions, craft wireframes and high-fidelity visuals, and deliver polished UI across web & mobile.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for the product, including discovery, wireframes, prototyping, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Collaborate with product, research, and engineering to translate user needs into elegant design solutions.
- Own and evolve the design system, components, tokens, and accessibility standards.
- Conduct user research and usability testing; synthesize insights into actionable design decisions.
- Create and maintain clear design documentation, interaction patterns, and flow diagrams.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, design-driven culture.
- Advocate for inclusive, accessible design (WCAG 2.1) and performance-conscious UI.
- Partner with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and performance.
Qualification
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience for software products, preferably SaaS.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for web and mobile apps.
- Expert in Figma; experience with prototyping, design systems, and design tokens.
- Excellent problem-solving, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Solid understanding of UX research methods and usability testing.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and modern frontend frameworks is a plus.
