Job description

At NebulaCraft Studio, we design intuitive digital experiences that empower users to achieve more with less friction. We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our product studio and lead the end-to-end design of our flagship SaaS platform.

You will collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to translate complex user problems into elegant, data-informed design solutions. You will own the design system, run discovery sessions, craft wireframes and high-fidelity visuals, and deliver polished UI across web & mobile.

We value curiosity, collaboration, and a bias for action. If you are passionate about accessible, delightful design and want to shape a product used by thousands of professionals, we want to hear from you.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for the product, including discovery, wireframes, prototyping, and high-fidelity visuals.
  • Collaborate with product, research, and engineering to translate user needs into elegant design solutions.
  • Own and evolve the design system, components, tokens, and accessibility standards.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing; synthesize insights into actionable design decisions.
  • Create and maintain clear design documentation, interaction patterns, and flow diagrams.
  • Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, design-driven culture.
  • Advocate for inclusive, accessible design (WCAG 2.1) and performance-conscious UI.
  • Partner with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and performance.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience for software products, preferably SaaS.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design for web and mobile apps.
  • Expert in Figma; experience with prototyping, design systems, and design tokens.
  • Excellent problem-solving, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Solid understanding of UX research methods and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and modern frontend frameworks is a plus.
