NovaCraft Digital is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our Berlin studio. You will craft intuitive, accessible interfaces for web and mobile products that delight users and accelerate business impact. You’ll collaborate with product, research, and engineering to ship high quality experiences across platforms.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design from discovery to delivery for web and mobile applications.
- Plan and conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability tests; translate insights into actionable design.
- Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system with components, tokens, and style guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and QA to ensure feasible, accessible, and high-quality implementations.
- Champion accessibility and responsive design across devices and platforms.
- Iterate on designs based on analytics, user feedback, and stakeholder input.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews and process improvements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably with SaaS or digital products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems; basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills; ability to influence peers and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with prototyping, usability testing, and data-informed design decisions.
