Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile products, from discovery through delivery.
- Translate user needs into intuitive flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to define roadmaps and design systems.
- Design and maintain scalable design systems, components, and pattern libraries.
- Plan and conduct usability testing, analyze findings, and iterate on solutions.
- Create compelling, data-informed user journeys and micro-interactions.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews and mentorship initiatives.
Qualification
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience in SaaS or product-led organizations.
- Strong portfolio with case studies covering end-to-end design process and measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency in Figma (or Sketch) and modern prototyping tools; solid visual design skills.
- Expertise in information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and responsive/web accessibility best practices.
- Experience designing and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
