Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery to delivery, ensuring user needs align with business goals.
- Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and translate findings into design decisions and artifacts.
- Design interaction models, wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity visuals that are accessible and responsive.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to validate concepts through rapid prototyping and usability testing.
- Create and maintain design systems, pattern libraries, and documentation for scalable product teams.
- Advise on information architecture and ensure consistent, on-brand experiences across platforms.
Qualification
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio across web and mobile products.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools; experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Principle.
- Solid understanding of usability heuristics, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design.
- Experience designing design systems and collaborating with engineering on implementation.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills; ability to present concepts to stakeholders and translate feedback into actionable tasks.
- Analytical mindset with ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
