Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end UI/UX design processes for web and mobile products from discovery through delivery.
  • Translate complex requirements into intuitive flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and visual designs.
  • Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to define user journeys, hypotheses, and success metrics.
  • Create and maintain scalable design systems, components, and UI kits to ensure consistency across products.
  • Conduct usability testing, synthesize insights, and drive data-informed design iterations.
  • Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring WCAG compliance and responsive behavior across devices.
  • Mentor junior designers, participate in design reviews, and contribute to design governance and best practices.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing product design across web and mobile.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, FigJam, and related prototyping software; Familiarity with design handoff tools (Abstract, Zeplin) is a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
  • Experience building and scaling design systems for cross-product consistency and efficiency.
  • Strong collaboration skills with product, research, and engineering teams; comfortable in Agile environments.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to defend design decisions and articulate trade-offs.
