You'll partner with product, engineering, and research teams to shape user journeys, create scalable design systems, and deliver pixel-perfect interfaces that convert and inspire.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design processes for web and mobile products from discovery through delivery.
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and visual designs.
- Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to define user journeys, hypotheses, and success metrics.
- Create and maintain scalable design systems, components, and UI kits to ensure consistency across products.
- Conduct usability testing, synthesize insights, and drive data-informed design iterations.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring WCAG compliance and responsive behavior across devices.
- Mentor junior designers, participate in design reviews, and contribute to design governance and best practices.
Qualification
- 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing product design across web and mobile.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, FigJam, and related prototyping software; Familiarity with design handoff tools (Abstract, Zeplin) is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping.
- Experience building and scaling design systems for cross-product consistency and efficiency.
- Strong collaboration skills with product, research, and engineering teams; comfortable in Agile environments.
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to defend design decisions and articulate trade-offs.
