Job description
We are a design-forward company seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team in Austin. You will own the end-to-end user experience for our web and mobile products, translating complex flows into clean, delightful interfaces. This role blends strategy, usability research, and visual design to deliver products that users love.
You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to craft accessible, scalable experiences and champion best practices in design systems.
Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile products, from concept to delivery
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system including components, patterns, and documentation
- Uncover user needs through research, interviews, personas, flows, and usability testing
- Create wireframes, high fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and user journeys
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to implement delightful experiences
- Ensure accessibility and responsive design across devices and platforms
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews and process improvements
Qualification
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of consumer software
- Bachelor or higher in design, HCI, or a related field
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries
- Strong user research, usability testing, and data-driven design judgment
- Solid knowledge of accessibility guidelines (WCAG) and responsive design
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment and work with cross functional teams
