This role combines research, interaction design, and visual design to craft interfaces used by millions. You will collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to shape the next generation of our platform.
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will lead design work across web and mobile, contribute to the design system, and advocate for usability and accessibility throughout the product lifecycle. A strong portfolio and collaborative mindset are a must.
Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile features from concept through delivery.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define user needs and translate them into intuitive interfaces.
- Create and maintain a scalable design system including components, patterns, and accessibility guidelines.
- Develop user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Conduct usability testing, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to improve conversion and satisfaction.
- Partner with front-end engineers to ensure design fidelity and responsive behavior across devices.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, balancing user needs with business goals.
- Stay ahead of design trends and advocate for inclusive design across the product.
Qualification
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience in software products, preferably SaaS or B2B.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, systems thinking, and interaction design.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Figma Libraries, Illustrator, XD).
- Experience designing and documenting design systems and components.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability testing.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into elegant, simple interfaces.
- Problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action and iteration.
