Join PixelForge Studio, a premium product design studio crafting delightful digital experiences for ambitious teams. We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who can elevate our product portfolio through thoughtful user research, elegant interfaces, and scalable design systems.
As a senior contributor, you’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape product strategy and translate complex flows into intuitive experiences across web and mobile.
What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end UX design from discovery to pixel-perfect delivery, owning the user journey and information architecture.
- Design and maintain scalable design systems, components, and style guides in Figma.
- Plan and conduct usability studies, synthesize insights, and turn findings into impactful design decisions.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure feasible and accessible front-end implementations.
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and motion designs.
- Advise on product strategy with a strong user-centered perspective and measurable outcomes.
- Advocate accessibility and inclusive design across all products.

Responsibility
- Own the end-to-end UX process from discovery to delivery for complex features.
- Design responsive web and mobile interfaces with a focus on usability and accessibility.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system in collaboration with engineers.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate concepts clearly.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure feasible, high-quality implementation.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews and process improvements.
Qualification
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong, diverse portfolio.
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, InVision, and related prototyping tools.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
- Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines and responsive design principles.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
