Job description

NovaForge Studio is a leading product design studio focused on crafting intuitive and impactful digital experiences. We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our design team and champion user centered product development across web and mobile platforms.

In this role, you will translate complex problems into elegant, accessible interfaces, collaborate with product managers and engineers, and guide design decisions from discovery through delivery.

What you’ll do: drive end to end design, create compelling flows, build responsive visual concepts, and help shape a scalable design system that empowers cross functional teams.

Responsibility

  • Lead the end to end UI UX design process for web and mobile products from discovery to delivery
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to translate user insights into intuitive interfaces
  • Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high fidelity visuals using modern design tools
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems, patterns, and component libraries
  • Conduct usability testing, analyze findings, and iterate on designs based on data and feedback
  • Define and maintain design documentation, specifications, and accessibility standards
  • Mentor junior designers and advocate for user centered design across the company
  • Collaborate on product strategy to balance business goals with user needs

Qualification

  • 5+ years of UI UX design experience in SaaS or digital product companies
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end to end product design and design system work
  • Proficiency with Figma or similar; experience with Sketch Adobe XD is a plus
  • Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
  • Experience with usability testing, user research, and data driven design decisions
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and storytelling skills to influence cross functional teams
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards WCAG and responsive design
  • Bachelors degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
