Join Lumina Labs, a fast-growing product studio focused on delightful, accessible digital experiences. We’re seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to shape products from concept to launch across web and mobile.
You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to craft intuitive interfaces, define design systems, and elevate the user experience across platforms. This role offers a rare chance to impact product strategy and mentor junior designers.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end UI and UX design for web and mobile apps, turning complex requirements into simple, elegant interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers and researchers to translate user insights into wireframes, flows, and prototypes.
- Own and maintain design systems, UI kits, and component libraries to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and synthesis to validate design decisions and iterate quickly.
- Create personas, customer journeys, and information architectures to inform product strategy.
- Partner with engineers to ensure feasibility and quality, advocating for accessible, responsive design.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
- Champion accessibility and performance considerations throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio across web and mobile apps
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and usability best practices
- Experience designing scalable design systems and accessible interfaces (WCAG 2.1+)
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a user-centered approach
