As a Senior UI/UX Designer, youâll lead design from concept to delivery, collaborate with product, research, and engineering, and mentor junior designers. Youâll craft elegant interfaces, define design systems, and validate ideas through user testing.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for flagship products, from discovery to delivery.
- Translate user research insights into intuitive flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Define and evolve the design system, including components, tokens, and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to prioritize and plan design work.
- Create interactive prototypes to validate concepts and iteratively improve usability.
- Mentor junior designers and promote design-thinking across squads.
- Advocate for inclusive, accessible design (WCAG) and responsive experiences.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience for digital products.
- Proficiency with Figma and tools like Sketch or Adobe XD.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, case studies, and design systems.
- Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
- Experience with usability testing, user interviews, and analytics to inform design decisions.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Experience with accessibility WCAG standards and responsive design.
