We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer who can blend strategic thinking with hands-on design craft to shape complex products into delightful, accessible interfaces.
You will partner with product managers, researchers, and engineers to translate problems into intuitive experiences, drive design systems, and ensure flawless execution from concept to delivery.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile products from discovery to delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to define user flows, IA, and interaction patterns.
- Create and maintain a scalable design system, components, and style guides.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, synthesizing insights into actionable design decisions.
- Produce high-fidelity visuals and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Mentor and coach junior designers, providing constructive feedback and career growth guidance.
- Advocate accessibility and inclusive design standards across all products.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into compelling design strategy.
Qualification
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience in product-driven environments or design studios.
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design process from research to delivery.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools (InVision, Framer).
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
- Experience building or contributing to design systems; knowledge of accessibility standards ( WCAG ).
- Ability to present design decisions clearly and influence stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
