Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile products from discovery to delivery.
  • Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to define user flows, IA, and interaction patterns.
  • Create and maintain a scalable design system, components, and style guides.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, synthesizing insights into actionable design decisions.
  • Produce high-fidelity visuals and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
  • Mentor and coach junior designers, providing constructive feedback and career growth guidance.
  • Advocate accessibility and inclusive design standards across all products.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into compelling design strategy.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience in product-driven environments or design studios.
  • Strong portfolio showing end-to-end design process from research to delivery.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools (InVision, Framer).
  • Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
  • Experience building or contributing to design systems; knowledge of accessibility standards ( WCAG ).
  • Ability to present design decisions clearly and influence stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
