Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end UI and UX design for web and mobile products, from concept to delivery.
- Translate user insights into design concepts, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Collaborate with product managers, researchers, and engineers to define vision and roadmap.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback and metrics.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design across all products.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team design rigor through reviews and standards.
Qualification
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio across web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or XD and strong prototyping skills.
- Solid visual design ability including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
- Knowledge of UX research methods and usability testing; data-informed design decisions.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and WCAG guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
