Job description

At LumenWave Studios, we craft bold, cinematic stories for brands, broadcasters, and digital audiences. We’re seeking a Senior Video Producer to lead end-to-end production across campaigns, social, and broadcast formats.

You will collaborate with creative directors, editors, and clients to develop concepts, script, plan shoots, and ensure on-time delivery with uncompromising quality. This role combines creative leadership with hands-on production oversight to elevate our storytelling across multiple platforms.

We offer a collaborative, fast-paced environment with access to top-tier equipment, a robust post-production suite, and opportunities for growth. Join us to shape the next wave of high-impact video content.

Responsibility

  • Lead end-to-end video production from concept through delivery across digital, social, and broadcast formats.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, clients, and production teams to develop compelling concepts and production plans.
  • Coordinate shoot logistics: talent, crew, permits, locations, equipment, and timelines.
  • Direct on-set or remote shoots, ensuring strong performances, lighting, and clean audio capture.
  • Oversee post-production: editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Maintain schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor junior producers and editors; help refine processes to improve efficiency and creative output.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of video production experience across concept-to-delivery projects.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and familiarity with Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong storytelling, framing, and visual composition skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with lighting, on-set audio, and using field cameras (DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras).
  • Portfolio or reel demonstrating diverse formats (short-form, long-form, branded content, and commercials).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant degree in film, media production, communications, or equivalent experience.
